Action

Our programmes aim to create the conditions for aligned and emergent collective action. Each event brings a mix of stakeholders into a real-world experiment in self-organising.

At the centre of every event is an intensive. After several weeks of participatory design, participants begin organising in-person to act-out the intended system state as fully as possible.

Using the publishing infrastructure, each actor within the system writes contributions to the collective story on an ongoing basis.

Social innovation

Those experiments are real-world applications of systems-change practice. With those organising practices, participants not only build new capabilities in themselves and their team, but also the systems they're working on.

Drawing on several facilitation disciplines, we design processes to enable new forms of organisation to emerge.

Participants are invited to engage in these events as an opportunity to evolve their quality of coordination.

Organisational development

We're aiming to see not just the development of new capabilities, but that entirely new orders of capabilities being unlocked.

Making these state-changes of a system visible is the purpose of combining events-organising with publishing infrastructure.

The key is that we're working on enabling participation in systems evolution, whilst also making that visible, real-time.
